The AgriFuture pledge is part of the NFU’s commitment to creating a racially diverse agriculture sector that represents the national population, fosters belonging and harnesses the power of diverse thought and experience.

The pledge is the result of collaboration at the inaugural Challenge Day in January 2025. Eighty representatives from across a range of sectors focused on supporting racially diverse young people and communities to access agriculture.

NFU Education is working in close collaboration with the British Veterinary Ethnicity and Diversity Society and the Culture Roots Collective to deliver:
