Thank you for your ongoing support for British farming.

British farmers and growers are proud to produce food to high environmental and animal welfare standards. Currently, such standards are not applied to all food coming into the UK.

The NFU, the RSPCA and the WWF are holding a joint event in Parliament to make the case for the same standards to be applied for all imported food as the high standards British farmers produce to.

Establishing core standards would ensure imports do not undermine domestic food production that we're rightly proud of, and ensure a level playing field for British farmers and growers.
